In the Neighborhood: Everyday Life on Hastings Street

We're excited to invite you to a unique event with Mezuzah! On Sunday, April 21st, we'll be hosting a tour of the Jewish Historical Society of Michigan's (JHSM) new exhibit at the Detroit Historical Museum: In the Neighborhood: Everyday Life on Hastings Street.

At the event, we'll be led by a JHSM docent through the exhibit that takes visitors on "...a walk back in time to Detroit's first Jewish enclave, 1880-1930, where tradition and innovation rubbed shoulders in surprising ways...". 

Space for this event is limited; you are part of a select group that has been invited. If you can attend, please RSVP by Friday, April 12th.

Registration is $36: $18 to cover the event, and an $18 donation to Mezuzah.

Parking is available at the lot next to the museum for $10. Street parking on Sundays is FREE.
